General
Information:
1. Hedgepath’s Landscaping Inc. is a fully
insured company. A certificate of insurance will be provided
upon request.
2. Our employees are fully uniformed and
have a least one English speaking Forman on each crew.
3. Periodic inspection by our supervisors
of your property throughout the season will be given to see
that a quality service is being received by you. This is in
keeping with our company’s high standards of job performance.
4. Upon request, a representative from Hedgepath’s
Landscaping Inc., will meet with the Owner (or Owner’s
Representative) to discuss specific maintenance operations,
identify upcoming work, and to review any concerns which the
association or contractor may have regarding the landscape
maintenance.
5. Extra work not included in the Hedgepath’s
Performance Program will be charged on time and material basis.
Our employees will not perform and extra work other than what
is assigned them for that week, unless first cleared trough
our main office.
6. We offer many other specialized services
which beautify your home or business with the addition of
trees, shrubs, flowers and other professional landscape techniques.

7. Lawn areas, trees, shrubs, groundcovers,
and vines, which may be injured, die or otherwise made unacceptable
due to Hedgepath’s Landscaping, Inc. negligence or improper
maintenance procedures or practices shall be replaced by Hedgepath’s
Landscaping, Inc. a our expense.
8. Existing structures, utilities, pavements,
curbs, fencing, and other similar site features which may
be damaged by Hedgepath’s Landscaping, Inc. equipment
or operations shall be replaced to an acceptable condition
by Hedgepath’s Landscaping, Inc. at our expense. |
